Pet of the Week: “Philippe was rescued in Georgia after his original owner brought him to the vet to be euthanized.”

“Philippe was rescued in Georgia after his original owner brought him to the vet to be euthanized. Thanks to a wonderful network of rescue volunteers, he made his way to Fairfax, Virginia-based rescue Pets Bring Joy, which is where we met him. He is a wonderful cat, healthy and full of love, and we will never understand why someone wanted to put him to sleep.”
