Downtown Silver Spring restaurant Tacos, Tortas & Tequila will participate in the upcoming Metropolitan Washington Winter Restaurant Week, which kicks off next Monday.
TTT joins nearly 190 restaurants in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia that are taking part in the promotion, starting Monday, January 25, and runs for 14 days through Sunday, February 7.
The promotion was delayed by one week because of security concerns surrounding the presidential inauguration in D.C.
Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington president Kathy Hollinger told WTOP that the decision to postpone Winter Restaurant Week was made “given the fluid nature of activities and regulatory measures tied to Washington, D.C.’s current State of Emergency affecting the region.”
TTT’s Winter Restaurant Week offerings include one pound of protein and four sides of your choice, crema, pico de gallo, organic corn tortillas or pita bread, and a complimentary dessert. The meals, priced at $60 and $110, include a choice of to-go cocktails or bottles of wine.
