Downtown Silver Spring newcomer J. Hollinger’s has launched its weekend brunch, according to a post on the restaurant’s Instagram account.
The brunch menu, which will be available from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, will feature “brunch classics (Avocado Toast, Chicken and Waffles), a few “Waterman’s Chophouse” twists (Soft Shell & Grits, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail), and colorful cocktails,” according to the announcement.
J. Hollinger’s opened last month in the former home of The Classics at 8606 Colesville Rd. in downtown Silver Spring.
