Montgomery County Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man suspected of breaking into the Sunshine Smiles Dental Care office in downtown Silver Spring earlier this month.
On April 5th, around 2 p.m., officers from the 3rd District responded to the Sunshine Smiles dental office in the 900 block of Bonifant St., following a reported burglary. The initial investigation by detectives revealed that an unknown male suspect forcibly entered the premises and stole property before fleeing the scene.
The suspect allegedly attempted to enter other nearby businesses by trying door handles but was unsuccessful, according to an MCPD news release.
Surveillance footage captured images of the suspect, described as a Black male in his 30s with a light beard, wearing a black Adidas tracksuit with a grey shirt underneath, white Adidas slide sandals, and purple socks.
