Well-Paid Maids Gets Labor Day Off — Plus 23 More Days Each Year

Heads up: Well-Paid Maids will be OOO this coming Monday. Labor Day is one of four paid holidays we give our employees. They also get an additional 20 PTO days each year.

Labor Day feels particularly important to us. Taking the day for a little R&R allows us to reflect on our employees’ hard work over the past year and show them some extra appreciation.

In addition to PTO, we also pay our employees (W-2 classified) a living wage of at least $24 an hour. Other benefits include health, dental, vision and life insurance; 100% employer-paid commuting costs; and an employer-paid membership to the National Domestic Workers Alliance.

So what do all these benefits mean for you? It means our cleaners are well rested and ready to leave your home spotless! Time off also hedges against unnecessary, preventable workplace injuries, which plague our industry.

And, hey, everyone deserves a little break — including you. Book a cleaning online.
