J. Hollinger’s Waterman’s Chophouse in downtown Silver Spring has introduced a new seasonal Taste of Fall prix-fixe dinner menu.
The menu offers a two-course option for $32 per person or a three-course option for $40 per person and features “the finest seasonal ingredients from local farmers, watermen, and purveyors, thoughtfully crafted to showcase the comforting, rich flavors of autumn,” according to the restaurant.
Starters include a choice of Daily Soup, Watermelon and Tomato Salad, Little Gem Caesar Salad, or Fried Calamari. Crab Cake and BBQ Baby Back Pork Spareribs are available for an additional charge.
Main dishes include a choice of Spicy Honey Garlic-Glazed Salmon, Seafood Burger, Steak Salad, Eggplant Parmesan Stack, or Grilled Bone-in Pork Chop. Statler Chicken Breast Saltimbocca, Grilled Rack of Lamb, and Filet Mignon are offered at an additional charge.
For dessert, diners can choose Lemon Posset, Tiramisu, Housemade Ice Cream, or Sorbet.
Additionally, three new Fall Crush cocktails — Smoked Peach, Candy Apple, and Blackberry Mojito — are now available on the menu for $10 each. These drinks can be enjoyed alongside $1 oysters and a variety of $5 to $10 bites during the All-Night Happy Hour from 4 p.m. until closing, Tuesday through Sunday.
