Downtown Silver Spring will host holiday shopping events on the next two Saturdays this month.
The “Sleigh the Season” events on Ellsworth Drive will feature a photo booth, a free gingerbread cookie decorating workshop, and an ornament-making workshop led by Arts on the Block.
Throughout the afternoon, guests can enjoy sips and bites from a Matchbox Restaurants pop-up, indulge in S’mores hot chocolate from Fantasticks, and listen to festive holiday tunes performed by local student groups.
Shoppers who visit the Downtown Silver Spring tent can pick up a #GiftGetter checklist that includes curated Holiday Gift Guides. Additionally, those who spend $50 or more at retailers featured in the Holiday Gift Guide will receive a free $10 gift card for Nike Unite or Uniqlo.
