A Pepco contractor is scheduled to start work that will cause the closure of Fenton Street from New York Avenue to Takoma Avenue beginning Thursday, Sept. 6 at 9:30 a.m., according to an email circulated by Dr. Brad Stewart, Montgomery College Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus vice president and provost.
