The Arts and Humanities Council of Montgomery County has issued a request for qualifications for artists interested in being included in a temporary multimedia public art exhibition titled “Certain Party or Parties Unknown.”

Detectives from the Major Crimes Division have released surveillance photos of one of the two suspects in an attempted Silver Spring carjacking and are asking for the public’s help to identify him. The incident occurred at about 8:35 a.m. on Friday, June 18 at the parking garage at 8700 Cameron Street.
