Embracing Grace: Navigating Forgiveness When Memory Lingers
January 25 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
FreeStep into a transformative journey of inner healing and empowerment. Join us as we embark on a soul-stirring exploration of forgiveness that transcends the boundaries of time and memory.
This session builds on the discussion from Part 1 which was held in December. A brief recap will be provided at the beginning of this session, making it accessible even if you were unable to attend the previous session.
In this interactive experience, we delve into the profound and often challenging practice of forgiving when forgetting seems impossible. This session provides a safe and nurturing space for exploration, reflection, and growth. Through a blend of mindfulness exercises, guided meditations, storytelling, and group discussions, participants embark on a soul-stirring exploration of forgiveness that transcends the boundaries of time and memory.
Throughout the workshop, participants are invited to engage in self-inquiry and introspection, gently confronting the barriers that inhibit forgiveness and discovering the inherent wisdom and compassion within. By cultivating a deeper understanding of forgiveness as a journey rather than a destination, we empower ourselves to transcend the limitations of our own narratives and open ourselves to the boundless possibilities of love and renewal.
