Healthy Mind, Healthy People, Healthy Planet
April 19 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
Any real change must come from the inside. Negative thoughts create storms in our mind and drain our inner power. By filling our minds with positive thoughts, we influence each other, the environment and even ourselves in positive and powerful ways. Our attitude is reflected in living with simplicity and contentment, acting with compassion, using economically, learning continuously and sharing generously. Such a life style brings back balance into the world, contributes to the healthy and prospering planet.
