Takoma Park MOVES is an inclusive, all-ages, all-abilities dance class that invites participants to move, create, and connect. Led by Dance Exchange Partnering Artists, each session brings together families, professionals, and community members in an engaging and welcoming environment—no experience required.
Each class offers a unique experience, featuring opportunities to meet fellow participants, warm up physically and creatively, explore movement individually and collaboratively, and share reflections as a group. Drop in anytime and be part of this vibrant movement community!
