Detectives from the Montgomery County Police – Major Crimes Division have arrested and charged two teenaged males from Washington D.C. with two recent carjackings in Silver Spring and Takoma Park.
The Takoma Park Police Department is looking for help to locate a missing person deemed “critical.” Sky Saunders, a 17-year-old female, was last seen in the 7600 block of Maple Avenue on Aug. 31.
