Rumored replacement for ShopHouse?

ShopHouse Southeast Asian Kitchen will close tomorrow and there is a rumored replacement for the fast-casual restaurant.

Bibibop Asian Grill, a Korean-inspired similar concept in fast-casual eating, is said to be taking over ShopHouse locations.

Bibibop offers rice bowls with choice of meats (or tofu), toppings, sauces and side dishes such as edamame, kimchi or miso soup. Diners can also choose a salad or wrap as the base, rather than rice.

Bibibop is a subsidiary of Gosh Enterprises, located in Columbus, Ohio. There are 12 locations, all in Ohio.

Gosh Enterprises is also the parent company of Charley’s Grilled Subs and Charley’s Philly Steaks.
