Del. David Moon (D-District 20) is looking for applicants for scholarships that he has available for college and graduate school students.
Applicants must live in District 20 and attending, or plan to attend, a community college, 4-year college or graduate school in Maryland. Preference will be given to applicants who will be, or are, the first in their family to attend college.
Applications are due by April 30 and may be filled out online.
