Pizza Hut to Open in Half the Former Game Stop Space in Four Corners

A scaled-down version of a Pizza Hut restaurant will take over half the space of the former Game Stop location at 10100 Colesville Rd., according to Todd Malamut, a principal with NREB LLC and leasing agent for the building.

There’s limited parking at the Four Corners spot, so “Pizza Hut will be take-out and delivery only,” Malamut said via email.

“I’m working with a couple of restaurants for the other half,” he added. “I am concerned about the parking. Thus, the second restaurant will have limited or no seating as well.”

He expects the two new businesses to open late this year, Malamut said.

Pizza Hut was founded by two brothers in 1958 in Wichita, Kan. The company currently operates more than 6,500 restaurants, many of them franchises, in the United States. Earlier this year, the company began rolling out “The Hut Lane,” a dedicated digital carryout window.
