Two of the newest restaurants to open in Silver Spring’s Central Business District have their signs in place and are indicating an opening date in the fall.
Firepan Korean Barbecue, which will open at 962 Wayne Ave. in the former Pete’s New Haven Apizza, included that date on their new sign.
In addition, Dog Haus Biergarten now plans to open in the fall as well, according to owner Faizan Khan. The restaurant is currently under construction at 933 Ellsworth Dr., formerly occupied by Lebanese Taverna.
In the meantime, XOA Lifestyle, a Washington, D.C.-based clothing retailer, has relocated its temporary pop-up operation to 914 Ellsworth Dr., where Ulta Beauty had been open. The retailer moved around the corner to 8510 Fenton St.
