Moorenko’s Ice Cream scoop shops are now fully staffed and open at their regular hours, as tweeted yesterday. The outlets had temporarily reduced their operating hours due to staffing issues.
“We’re thrilled to report that all of our #IceCream shops, including #SilverSpring are again fully staffed and open at their regular hours!”, the tweet reads. “Thank you for your patience while we worked through these staffing issues.”
In addition to the Silver Spring location, which now serves coffee from Bump ‘n Grind and pastries from Patisserie Manuel, Moorenko’s also has scoop shops in Ellicott City, Md., at Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, Md., and at Eastern Market in Washington, D.C. Washingtonian recently listed Moorenko’s Cookie Overload ice cream as one of the magazine’s ten favorite local ice cream flavors.
