The Ice Rink at Veterans Plaza has reopened for the winter season, according to a tweet from Eric Rasch, Operations Manager of the Silver Spring Civic Center.
Reservations are required to enter the facility, according to the Silver Spring Ice Skating Rink’s website. Skating sessions are for up to 1 hour and 20 minutes, and reservations can be made for up to two weeks in advance.
Tickets are $11 for adults, $10 for children and seniors, and skate rentals are $5. The facility will be open 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday & Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sundays.
