Detectives from the county’s Special Victims Investigation Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing teenager from Silver Spring.
“Summer Kidest Doughan, age 14, was last seen on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, in the 1900 block of East-West Highway,” reads an MCPD news release. “Doughan is approximately 5-feet, 4-inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. She has a right ear piercing and a tattoo on her back. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black sweatpants and black Jordan sneakers. She was also seen carrying a blue and white backpack.
“Police and family are concerned for her welfare. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Summer Kidest Doughan is asked to call the Montgomery County Police SVID at (240) 773-5400 or [the] police non-emergency number at (301) 279-8000. Callers may remain anonymous.”
