Zinnia is now hiring for several positions, the Silver Spring café, restaurant, and tavern announced on Instagram this morning.
“It’s that time again!”, the Instagram post reads. “Please reach out if you, or anyone you know is interested is working in a fun, fast-paced restaurant. Experience is preferred for most positions so please be sure to attach your resume with a bit of information about yourself/your work experience.”
Zinnia is hiring for the following positions:
- Front of House: Servers, bartenders, baristas, barbacks, hosts, runners and bussers
- Back of House: Line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers

Zinnia opened last October in the former home of Mrs. K’s Tollhouse, at the intersection of Colesville Road and Dale Drive in Silver Spring. Mrs. K’s closed and was offered for lease in 2020, after marking 90 years in business.
