UPDATED: Concern for Missing Silver Spring Woman

UPDATE 4/27/2022 11:00 a.m. — Montgomery County Police tweeted that Shanelle Revell has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the county’s Silver Spring Investigation Section are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 28-year-old Silver Spring woman who was last seen Tuesday.

“Shanelle Revell Ardee was last seen on April 26, 2022,” reads an MCPD news release. “She may be driving a white 2017 Ford Fusion with tinted windows and Washington DC tags GL1122. Ardee is 5-feet, 5-inches tall, and weighs 140 lbs. She has brown eyes and black hair and was last seen wearing blue jeans and a white jacket.

“Family and police are concerned for her welfare. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Shanelle Revell Ardee is asked to contact the Silver Spring Investigation Section at (240) 773-6870 or the police non-emergency number at (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line). Callers may remain anonymous.”
