Kusshi Sushi is now open at 8512 Fenton St. in the Downtown Silver Spring development, ahead of the restaurant’s previously-listed opening date of October 7, according to owner Wesley Yao.
The restaurant has also extended its soft opening specials through Sunday; diners can sign up for Kusshi’s email list or send a direct message on Instagram for more information.
“We’re soft opening still,” Yao said to the Source via Instagram direct message. “I’m not big on grand openings. We don’t have alcohol and mochi yet.”
Kusshi Sushi’s menu and online ordering are now available. The restaurant’s operating hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, according to their online ordering website.
Kusshi Sushi is the latest in a slate of fall openings in downtown Silver Spring, including Black Lion Café, The Breakfast Club, Citizens&Culture, Firepan Korean BBQ, and the Nike Unite store.
