The owners of Patty’s Place Latin Grill & Rotisserie are planning to retire, and have placed the restaurant for sale, according to a listing on BizBuySell.
The restaurant, located at 9224 Warren St. in the Forest Glen neighborhood, has an asking price of $225,000.
“Well-established restaurant in a very busy industrial park,” the sale listing reads. “Owners are prepared to retire after 20+ years of service to the community. Gross revenue of $40,000 per month. There are other well-established businesses in the area that bring daily clientele to the restaurant. A few of these businesses consist of auto, landscaping, and hardware shops.
