Detectives from the county’s Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Silver Spring teen.
According to MCPD, 15-year-old Liz Rivera Guzman was last seen Tuesday at approximately 3:22 p.m. in the 800 block of University Boulevard East. Guzman stands approximately five feet, two inches tall, and weighs 125 pounds. She has red hair, brown eyes, and a birthmark on the right side of her face.
She was last seen wearing a black sweater and pink pants and carrying a black Adidas backpack.
