Money Muscle BBQ Expands to Riverdale Park Food Hall

Money Muscle BBQ has expanded to a food hall in Riverdale Park, according to a report from Eater D.C.

A dine-in stall opened in the Le Fantome Food Hall & Bar on Monday, Jan. 16, offering regionally inspired smoked meats, sandwiches, sides, and sauces inside The Station at Riverdale Park at 4501 Woodberry St.

Eater reports that along with popular items from their food truck, newly-added menu items include Chapel Hill pulled beef sandwiches on challah with horseradish mayo and crispy onions, jerk-rubbed barbecue salmon skewers, and loaded mac and cheese, which can be topped with pulled pork, chopped brisket, or black beans and quinoa crumble.

All Set Restaurant & Bar owners Ed Reavis & Jennifer Meltzer opened Money Muscle BBQ at the downtown Silver Spring restaurant in the fall of 2020. As reported by Eater, the duo recently took over the restaurant Fryer’s Roadside, adding Money Muscle BBQ items to the menu, as well as purchasing a 1,000-gallon reverse-flow meat smoker to handle the surge in their barbecue business.
