Detectives from the county’s Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Silver Spring teen.
13-year-old Ramiro Vladimir Palacios was last seen at approximately 8 p.m. on Thursday, June 8, in the 1700 block of Hampshire Green Lane, according to a press release from Montgomery County Police. Ramiro is approximately five feet, eight inches tall, and weighs 140 pounds. Ramiro has black eyes and black hair and was last seen wearing a black shirt, black athletic pants, and black Nike sneakers.
