UPDATED: Police: 12-Year-Old White Oak Girl Missing Since Aug. 3

UPDATE: Montgomery County Police posted that Maribel Mackenzee Galeas has been located safe and unharmed.

Montgomery County Police are seeking help in locating 12-year-old Maribel Mackenzee Galeas, who has been missing since August 3.

The last time Galeas was seen was on Thursday, August 3, in the 300 Block of Northwest Drive, according to a press release issued by the MCPD. She is approximately 4 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 50 pounds, and has dark brown almost black chin-length hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a light blue shirt with black and white stripes and a flower underneath, black shorts, and pink and purple glittery Skechers shoes.

According to police, Galeas may be located in the vicinity of the White Oak Shopping Center and Lockwood Drive.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Maribel Mackenzee Galeas is asked to call the police non-emergency number at (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line). Callers may remain anonymous.
