Pizza Hut is very close to opening in Four Corners, according to reports.
We previously reported that Pizza Hut would take over half the space of the former Game Stop location at 10100 Colesville Rd. (across from the newly-opened Bento Express), according to Todd Malamut, a principal with NREB, LLC and leasing agent for the building.
“There’s limited parking at the Four Corners spot, so “Pizza Hut will be take-out and delivery only,” Malamut said to the Source in 2021. “I’m working with a couple of restaurants for the other half; I am concerned about the parking. Thus, the second restaurant will have limited or no seating as well.”
A number of posters advertising limited-edition menu items have been installed in the front windows, along with some Tiffany-style Pizza Hut interior lights, according to Robert Dyer.
Pizza Hut was founded by two brothers in 1958 in Wichita, Kan. The company currently operates more than 6,500 restaurants, many of them franchises, in the United States. The company began rolling out “The Hut Lane,” a dedicated digital carryout window, in 2021.
The Source has reached out to Pizza Hut management and will update as more information becomes available.
