Police: Two Wanted for Bonifant Street Homicide

Montgomery County Police are seeking assistance in locating two men wanted in connection with a fatal shooting in downtown Silver Spring on March 5.

D’Andre Lukes, 21, and D’Angelo Holley, 23, are suspected of being involved in the shooting death of Deandre Keith Ellis, who was killed outside of the Sweet Sweet Kitchen restaurant in the 900 block of Bonifant Street.

According to an MCPD press release, Kajohn McCombs and Ahmahd McCombs, both 22 years old, were arrested and charged with first-degree murder on March 14 for their alleged involvement in Ellis’ death. They are currently being held without bond. Investigators identified Lukes of Washington, D.C., and Holley (unknown address) as suspects, however, both remain at large. The two were charged with first-degree murder on October 19, and arrest warrants were obtained, MCPD said.
