Downtown Silver Spring-based photography studio Sip & Develop is set to open a new location at National Harbor in January.
Sip & Develop, which opened its first location last year and gained popularity on TikTok, offers a social space serving beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks along with darkrooms for developing film:

Sheen Magazine reports that Sip & Develop at the National Harbor will be situated at 136 Waterfront Street, replacing Zen Yoga, which relocated to Old Town Alexandria. Following a successful pop-up event in Atlanta last year, the company is planning additional pop-up events in Charlotte and Philadelphia, with additional locations to follow.
Sip & Develop won an Editor’s Choice award in the Arts & Culture category for “Best New Places to See and Make Art” in this year’s Best of Bethesda issue.
