Miss Toya’s Creole House Featured on The Real Housewives of Potomac

Miss Toya’s Creole House in Downtown Silver Spring has gained international exposure after appearing in the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Potomac.

In the “Hard Conversations” episode, Candiace Dillard Bassett drove through downtown Silver Spring and met with fellow RHOP cast member Nneka Ihim, who mentioned dining at Miss Toya’s in the past.

Bassett, who won the Miss United States title in 2013 and has been part of the RHOP cast since 2018, released her debut album, Deep Space in 2021.

Downtown Silver Spring has been featured in multiple RHOP episodes, highlighting popular spots such as AFI Silver Theatre and Cultural Center and All Set Restaurant & Bar. Miss Toya’s opened its doors in 2022 at 923 Ellsworth Drive in Downtown Silver Spring, taking over the former location of Eggspectation.
