A U.S. Air Force helicopter made a precautionary landing Tuesday at The Pearl apartment complex in downtown Silver Spring.
It’s unclear why the helicopter made a precautionary landing, and the authorities have not released further details. However, judging from its livery, a Reddit user has suggested that the helicopter belongs to the 1st Helicopter Squadron, based at Joint Base Andrews in Prince George’s County.
