Ben & Jerry’s invites ice cream enthusiasts to indulge in a sweet treat during Free Cone Day on Tuesday, April 16.
From Noon until 8 p.m., all scoop shop locations, including the one at Ellsworth Place in downtown Silver Spring, will offer complimentary ice cream cones, frozen yogurt, and sorbet.
Customers can choose from various flavors and savor their chosen delight while supplies last. However, there is a limit of one cone per person.
Ben & Jerry’s has been celebrating Free Cone Day since 1979. “It was our way of thanking everyone for all the love and support they showed us that first year of business in a renovated gas station in Burlington, Vermont,” according to the company.
