Construction is currently underway for what will be the second Dunkin‘ location in downtown Silver Spring.
Last October, we reported that Silver Spring-based franchisee Luis Group Management, which also operates Baskin-Robbins and Jersey Mike’s Subs restaurants in Baltimore and D.C., would open a new Dunkin’ location in downtown Silver Spring. This location would be in one of two remaining storefronts at the Central apartment complex at 8455 Fenton St., joining current tenants &Pizza, Central Nail Bar, Pure Barre, Orangetheory Fitness, and El Sapo.
Luis Group also operates the Dunkin’ location in Four Corners, which opened in 2022.
ADI Construction, based in Springfield, Va., is building the new Dunkin’ location and the Solaire Social food hall, which is set to open later this month.
An opening date has yet to be announced.
