A parking lot adjacent to Fenwick Beer & Wine in downtown Silver Spring is now on the market.
According to the commercial real estate platform LoopNet, the property located at 8603 2nd Ave. was listed in May with an asking price of $1.225 million (PDF).
Robert Dyer reported last week that the lot, which includes 14 parking spaces and a playground, is currently leased until 2025.
