Sweet Sweet Kitchen, which specializes in cuisine from Jamaica and Sierra Leone, has once again expanded and opened a second D.C. location at 2427 Minnesota Ave. SE, according to PoPville.
According to the restaurant’s Instagram account, the grand opening celebration occurred on July 1st.
Sweet Sweet Kitchen began as a food truck and opened its first brick-and-mortar location at 904 Bonifant St. in downtown Silver Spring in 2021. The restaurant opened its first D.C. location in the District’s H Street Corridor in 2022.
