Jason Miskiri’s The Breakfast Club Expands to Baltimore: What We Know

Silver Spring restaurateur Jason Miskiri is expanding his all-day breakfast and brunch restaurant, The Breakfast Club, to Charm City.

The restaurant originally opened in December 2022 at the Fenton Silver Spring apartment complex in downtown Silver Spring and has been featured in Eater’s “Hottest New Brunches to Try Around D.C.” list.

The Baltimore expansion announcement, which was posted to Instagram on Saturday, did not mention a location or opening timeline.

Aside from The Breakfast Club, Miskiri also owns and operates the quick-service Caribbean restaurant The Angry Jerk, which opened in downtown Silver Spring in 2021 and has since expanded to D.C.’s Dupont Circle neighborhood as of last July. The restaurant’s third location at the Juniper apartment complex in Columbia is listed as “coming soon” on the Merriweather District’s website.

Additionally, Miskiri operates The Society Restaurant & Lounge, which he opened in 2012 at 8229 Georgia Ave. and co-owns with his sister, Samantha Khamis-el-Miskiri.
