Mr. Wash Car Wash offers free Exterior Signature Car Washes to veterans, active-duty military personnel, and military spouses through Monday, November 11.
The Arlington-based car wash chain previously offered free “back to school” car washes in August.
Locally, there are two Mr. Wash Express locations in the area: one at 7996 Georgia Ave. in downtown Silver Spring and another at 3817 Dupont Ave. in Kensington, as well as other locations in Tysons, Alexandria, Arlington, Baileys Crossroads, Centreville, Falls Church, and Rehoboth Beach.
The Kensington location also offers free vacuums.
“At Mr Wash Car Wash, we believe in giving back to our community and showing our appreciation for those who have made sacrifices to protect our nation,” said Mr. Wash CEO Nathan Harris. “We are thrilled to offer free Car Washes to all Veterans, Active Duty Military, and Military Spouses during this special period. We look forward to making your car shine.”
No military identification is required to receive the free car wash.
“We simply ask that you inform our attendants that you are here for your Veterans Day Free Car Wash,” Harris said.
