All Set Restaurant & Bar in downtown Silver Spring is one of three local seafood restaurants featured in the WETA television series Signature Dish.
In the “Coastal Eats” season premiere episode that aired Monday evening, host Seth Tillman visited All Set and D.C. restaurants The Salt Line in Navy Yard and Del Mar de Fabio Trabocchi at The Wharf.
Tillman starts the episode by traveling to the Eastern Shore. Donning waders, he ventures into the Chesapeake Bay to collect and enjoy Dancing Molly oysters, a special variety featured on the menu at The Salt Line.
He then tries a jumbo lump crab cake at the New England-influenced All Set (video below) and concludes his seafood tour at Del Mar with seafood paella, a dish bursting with Spanish flavors.
