Paisano’s Pizza, a northern Virginia-based chain, plans to open a location at 8213 Georgia Ave., formerly occupied by Radio Shack.
In addition to pizza, the menu includes subs, burgers, salads, appetizers including wings, sandwiches and wraps, calzone and stromboli, and pasta dishes, along with a kids’ menu. Delivery is available for an extra charge, which varies by location.
The first Paisano’s opened in June, 1998 in Fairfax, Va. The corporation operates a mixture of 36 company-owned and franchised stores primarily located in northern Virginia. Hours of operation typically are 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m.- 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
