An entity calling itself “Tacos, Tortas & Tequila” has applied for the transfer of a Class B liquor license at 8407 Ramsey Ave., the site of the former 8407 Kitchen Bar.
The application is for a Class B beer, wine and liquor license on sale only. That license is described by the county as: “The hours during which the privileges conferred by this license may be exercised shall be from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. on the day following, Friday and Saturday to 3:00 a.m., but the holder of this license shall not be permitted to make any sale before 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, and shall be subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Board of License Commissioners for Montgomery County.”
A hearing has been scheduled for this application for Feb. 15 at 10:30 a.m. in the Executive Office Building in Rockville.
