Veterans Plaza in downtown Silver Spring is hosting the Ivorian Economic Cultural Festival today (Sunday, August 8). The festival, which kicked off at 9 a.m., will run until 10 p.m., featuring music and entertainment, arts and crafts, food vendors, and more.
