Silver Spring’s latest apartment development reached a milestone this week when the 26-story Solaire 8200 Dixon topped out, developer Washington Property Company announced. The development, which will be Silver Spring’s tallest building, is a 403-unit apartment tower in the heart of the Ripley District in downtown Silver Spring.
The Angry Jerk, featuring “authentic Caribbean cuisine,” will open at 4 p.m. today (July 21), according to a spokesperson for the restaurant. The menu features jerk chicken, curry chicken, and brown stew chicken with roasted carrots and gravy, along with jerk salmon as well as jerk or fried snapper.
