Council Passes Tax Credit for Urban Farms
The County Council unanimously passed a bill on March 7 that would grant a tax credit to certain properties that qualify as urban farms.

Thunderbolts Baseball Prepping for 18th Season
The Silver Spring/Takoma Park Thunderbolts will return for their 18th season of baseball in Montgomery County. The Tbolts, who compete in the Cal Ripken Collegiate Baseball League, play their home games at Montgomery Blair High School. The first home game is June 9.
