If granted, beer, wine and liquor could be sold on premises only from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. Monday through Sunday, and Friday and Saturday to 3 a.m.
Mindbreeze, an Austria-based tech company that provides knowledge management services for international clients, has opened an office in downtown Silver Spring, according to a company press release. The firm will occupy space on the 11th floor of 8403 Colesville Rd. in the Metro Plaza complex, company officials told the Source via Twitter.

Locavino’s grand opening celebration this weekend will feature wine tastings, special draft beers from local breweries and a full menu, according to co-owners Jarrod Jabre and Justin Wallace.
