Dog Haus Biergarten’s opening in Downtown Silver Spring appears to be imminent. The restaurant, which specializes in gourmet hot dogs, sausages and burgers, will be located at 933 Ellsworth Dr. in the space formerly occupied by Lebanese Taverna, which moved to 8535 Fenton Street in 2019.
The planned Willie T’s Seafood Shack and Be Right Burger opening at 9326 Georgia Ave. will fill what the company sees as a need in the area, according to Cole Whaley, vice president of business development for Thompson Hospitality.
