County detectives from the 3rd District Patrol Investigations Unit are asking for the public’s help to identify suspects in thefts from 21 vehicles in several garages in the Central Business District. Police released surveillance photos of three male suspects in the incidents, which all occurred on the same day in December.
A Silver Spring woman wanted in a parental kidnapping case has been located and taken into custody, according to Montgomery County police. Ashley Spicer, age 35, and her nine-year-old daughter Israel “Kali” Burk were found in Atlanta, Ga. yesterday.

Area video surveillance captured the suspect firing a gun at the victim’s vehicle, and MCPD is asking for the public’s help with identifying the suspect.
