The chef/owner of El Sapo Cuban Social Club has been sued for nearly $150,000 in a contract case, according to documents filed in the Montgomery County Circuit Court. One of Silver Spring’s major downtown office tenants will remain in its Georgia Avenue location despite being purchased earlier this year. Social & Scientific Systems, Inc. has renewed and extended its long-term lease at Washington Property Company’s Silver Spring Plaza building, according to an announcement by WPC.
