The Takoma Park Police Department is asking for information about a young man who’s been missing since Sunday night, according to a department press release.
Emiliano Eduardo Rivera, 16, was last seen at 10:35 p.m. July 24 in the 7500 block of Carroll Ave.
He was wearing all black clothing, gray sneakers and carrying a black North Face backpack.
